Refund Policy

Standard Products

You have the right to return standard (non-bespoke) fire doors within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a return:

  • The door must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • You must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery
  • The door must be returned in the same condition it was received

Made to Measure & Bespoke Products

Made to measure and bespoke fire doors are manufactured to your exact specifications. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced. Please ensure all measurements and specifications are correct before placing your order.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your fire door arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage
  • Do not attempt to install a damaged door — this may void your right to a replacement
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at fdoorrange@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs if the product is damaged

Return Shipping

For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Fire doors must be returned on a pallet via freight — we can arrange collection at cost.

For damaged or faulty products, we will cover all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
