1. About Us

Fire Door Range is a UK-based supplier of certified fire doors, frames, and ironmongery. By placing an order through our website (firedoorrange.com), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. An order is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received an order confirmation email.

3. Payment

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Payment is taken at the point of order. All transactions are processed in GBP.

4. Delivery

All orders have a lead time of 2-3 weeks from order confirmation. All fire doors are delivered on pallets via dedicated freight to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please see our Delivery & Lead Times page for full details.

5. Made to Measure Orders

Made to measure fire doors are manufactured to your exact specifications. As these are custom products, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced. Please ensure all measurements are correct before placing your order. We recommend professional measurement by a qualified installer.

6. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour and grain pattern are inherent in natural timber products. Fire door certifications, test evidence, and compliance information are provided in good faith based on our suppliers' documentation.

7. Fire Door Compliance

All fire doors supplied by Fire Door Range are certified to BS 476 Part 22 and/or BS EN 1634-1. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that fire doors are installed by a competent person in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and relevant Building Regulations (Approved Document B). A fire door is only as effective as its installation — incorrect fitting may void the fire certification.

8. Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for standard (non-bespoke) products. To cancel, contact us at fdoorrange@gmail.com. Made to measure and bespoke products are excluded from this right once production has started.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fire Door Range shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
