We offer supply-only, supply-and-install, and post-install inspection services. The installation arm is delivered through our sister company C&C Fire Prevention Ltd, which holds FIRAS and BM TRADA certification. Larger projects can include a project manager on site, documented sign-off, and full O&M Manual handover.

Yes — our installers also carry out fire door condition surveys and produce inspection reports suitable for HMO licensing, CQC compliance, and the building safety case. Reports cover seal condition, gap measurements, closer performance, hinge integrity, glazing, signage, and any unauthorised modifications. We can schedule recurring inspections quarterly or annually as needed.

Yes. Every supply-and-install project is delivered with a full Operation & Maintenance Manual including the project information, contractor and team, product certificates, Declarations of Performance, and appendices for all relevant test evidence. The manual is supplied in print and digital format suitable for the building safety case golden thread.

Not at this time as a formal certified course. We can arrange a site walk-through with a certified installer when a project completes to brief facilities staff on inspection points, what to look for, and what to escalate. For formal certification, we refer customers to the British Woodworking Federation (BWF) or BM TRADA training programmes.

Every door is supplied with: the BS 476-22 / BS EN 1634-1 test certificate, the manufacturer's Declaration of Performance, the third-party certification (CERTIFIRE / BWF-CERTIFIRE) where applicable, intumescent and smoke seal data sheets, and the door's technical specification. If we install the doors we add the FIRAS / BM TRADA installation certificate.
