Fire Doors in Portsmouth

Licensed HMOs must have FD30 fire doors at every bedroom and habitable room, with intumescent and smoke seals. Stairway enclosures in larger HMOs may require FD60.

Most Victorian terraces have door openings within standard FD30 sizes (76.2 × 198.1cm or 83.8 × 198.1cm), but some have non-standard openings that need a bespoke door. We supply made-to-measure FD30 and FD60 doorsets where the standard sizes don't fit.
